Are your coats produced in limited quantities?

Yes. Every design is released in limited runs to preserve exclusivity and individuality. Once a piece sells out, it may not return in the same design or colour.

Do you offer bespoke sizing or custom orders?

Absolutely. Many of our designs are available with bespoke sizing to ensure a perfect fit. Please contact our client care team to discuss your requirements.

How should I care for my Maison Brilara coat?

Each garment comes with a detailed care guide. We recommend professional cleaning by a specialist in fur, suede, or fine wool to maintain the longevity and beauty of your piece.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Maison Brilara offers secure worldwide delivery, including the UK, Europe, North America, and the Middle East.

What are your shipping costs?

UK delivery is complimentary on all orders. International delivery is available at a flat rate of £35 via DHL Express, with free shipping for orders over £1,000.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Ready-to-ship items are typically delivered within 5–7 business days in the UK. Made-to-order pieces require 2–3 weeks for production before dispatch.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your parcel’s progress directly through our courier partners.

Is a signature required upon delivery?

Yes. To ensure security and authenticity, all Maison Brilara orders require a signature upon delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items with all original tags attached.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Please email info@maisonbrilara.com with your order number to request a return authorisation and instructions.

Are made-to-order or customised pieces returnable?

Customised or bespoke-sized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are crafted specifically to your measurements or personalised preferences.

Please note that made-to-order items are returnable, provided they meet our standard return conditions.

Who covers the cost of return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
