Refund policy
At Maison Brilara, every garment is crafted and inspected with the highest level of care. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist with returns or exchanges under the terms below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Please note:
- Bespoke-sized pieces (custom measurements) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Made-to-order items are eligible for returns, provided they meet the standard return conditions above.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or exchange, please email info@maisonbrilara.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our client care team will respond within 1–2 business days with detailed instructions and a return authorisation number.
Returns without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service to ensure safe delivery back to our atelier.
- Maison Brilara cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item was damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability.
If your desired size is unavailable, you may request an alternative item or a refund instead.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Our team will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
